Doug Ackman, Chief Engineer, joined Continental Offices Ltd. in 1982 and oversees the day-to-day operations and plant maintenance of Continental and Regency Office Plazas. Doug is responsible for organizing and scheduling preventive maintenance in the buildings, works with contractors during tenant build-outs, trains personnel, tenant relations, and assists Property Manager in budget preparation and reforecasts.
