Kevork M. Derderian, President of Continental Offices Ltd., oversees all business operations and investments. He also consults to commercial and residential developers and develops high-end, mixed-use and multi-family housing.
In 1997, Kevork took Continental Offices Ltd. public forming The Prime Group Realty Trust with several other real estate companies. After the IPO, Kevork served as President of the Office Division and Director of Development.
Prior to 1997, as President and Chief Executive Officer of Continental Offices Ltd., Kevork was responsible for the development, property management, leasing and construction. Continental Offices Ltd. developed such properties as Continental Towers, a 1 million square foot mixed-use office development; and One Financial Place, a 1.25 million square foot 40-story, high-tech mixed-use development that included the Chicago Stock Exchange in downtown Chicago. By 1997, the firm managed more than $650 million in commercial real estate.
