Rolanda H. Derderian is the Executive Vice President and is responsible for the management of the commercial real estate managed by Continental Offices Ltd. In addition, she is directly responsible for the Real Estate Taxes, Information Systems, Common Area Interior and Exterior Redesigns and Remodeling.
From 1997 to 2001, Rolanda, as a Vice President of Prime Group Realty Trust was directly responsible for the Real Estate Tax defense of the entire portfolio nationwide – office and industrial properties as well as new developments. In addition to her Real Estate Tax responsibilities; Rolanda was, from mid-1998 through 2000, the Project Manager responsible for the implementation of the JD Edwards enterprise-wide One World System at PGRT.
From 1989 to 1997, Rolanda was Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Continental Offices, Ltd. She was responsible for the Risk Management, Office Management, the Accounting Department, the Real Estate Tax defense work, Landscaping and Common Area Interior Redesigns.
