Shawn rejoined Continental Offices Ltd. in 2003 as Property Manager overseeing our two commercial office buildings in Des Plaines. Shawn previously worked for our company from 1994-1997 and was instrumental in the implementation of several asset management programs. Her responsibilities include the day-to-day operations of the buildings, all financial reporting including the preparation and management of the annual budgets/reforecasts/cash flow analysis; managing the engineering, janitorial and security personnel. Shawn has been instrumental in planning tenant events, bidding all service contracts, handling tenant construction and capital improvement projects.

Shawn has over fourteen years of real estate experience and has an excellent customer relation background due to her decade of experience in the hospitality industry.
