Tiana Derderian is Project Manager for both Continental Offices Ltd. and Everest Development LLC. Tiana is responsible for development-specific research, marketing, and budgeting while playing a primary role in the project management of land developments, conversions and infill developments. She also manages the residential buildings for outside clients & handles the web development with some graphic design for both companies.
